Detail Information

A five-tier acrylic riser for optical counters, built to lift frames into view without taking more floor or counter space.

Overview

The stand is a countertop display riser formed from clear acrylic, with five stepped shelves that lift eyewear into the customer's line of sight. Cast acrylic is used rather than extruded sheet, because cast material polishes to a cleaner edge and resists crazing around the fixing holes. The stepped geometry does more than organise stock: it puts the second and third rows at eye level, which is where a browsing customer actually looks, and it lets a shop show a full collection in the footprint of one flat tray.

The material is the argument. Acrylic is clearer than glass at this thickness, roughly half the weight, and it will not shatter if a customer knocks the stand against a counter edge. Edges are polished rather than flame-finished, so the stand reads as a display piece rather than a utility rack, and the surface wipes clean without leaving a haze.

The stand is supplied flat or assembled depending on the order, with MOQ: 1200 pcs/model. The stand breaks down flat, which keeps freight volume low for a multi-store rollout and lets a sales team carry it to a trade show. Built as oem premium acrylic display stock, the acrylic 5 tier stand is a countertop eyeglasses frame riser, and the frame riser display stand format lets a shop show five rows in one footprint; the display stand assembles without tools.

Key Features

Clear Acrylic Build

Cast acrylic is used rather than extruded sheet, because cast material machines and polishes to a cleaner edge and resists crazing around drilled holes. At this thickness it stays rigid under the weight of five rows of frames, and it does not yellow under shop lighting the way low-grade plastic does.

Five-Tier Stepped Layout

Each tier is offset so the row behind is visible above the row in front, which is the whole point of a riser. The step height is set for standard frame heights, so a sunglass front does not hide the temple of the pair behind it. The stand can be loaded from the front without disturbing the row above.

Stable Footprint

The base is wider than the top tier so the centre of gravity stays low, even when the upper rows are fully loaded. Rubber feet protect the counter surface and stop the stand sliding when a customer reaches across it. The footprint stays compact enough for a crowded counter or a trade-show table.

Assembly and Branding

The stand assembles without tools and comes apart for storage or shipping, which matters for seasonal resets and travelling sales teams. A logo can be printed or etched on the front edge or on a small header plate, and the stand can be packed in a printed carton for retail supply.

Product Showcase

The photographs below show this model empty, loaded and from the side, so the step height and the base footprint can be judged against a real counter. The unit breaks down flat, which keeps freight volume low for a multi-store rollout.

The stand is quoted by acrylic thickness, tier height and packing format, because those three decide freight volume. Base dimensions and header plate size that are not listed above are confirmed at quotation stage.

OEM & ODM Customization

Display fixtures are developed from a counter measurement and a frame count. Send the number of frames per row, the available depth and any logo artwork, and we return a drawing with tier heights and a packing plan. Because the stand is cut from sheet, a size change is a new program rather than a new mould, which keeps small runs possible. The eyewear accessories and packaging range covers the rest of the fixture line.

  • Acrylic thickness options quoted against the load the stand has to carry.
  • Logo printed or etched on the front edge or on a header plate, from your artwork.
  • Tier height and step depth adjusted to the frame height your collection uses.
  • Base footprint sized to the counter or trade-show table it has to fit.
  • Packing as a flat carton or an assembled unit, with corner protection either way.
  • Dieline and artwork review before cutting, so the fixture and its carton are approved together.

Sampling and tooling questions are normally settled in one round when the drawing and the colour reference arrive together; the rapid prototyping page explains how a drawing becomes a wearable sample.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

A display stand fails in two ways: it rocks, or it arrives cracked. The four checks below target those failures, with a load test at assembly and a drop test on the packed carton.

1. Acrylic Sheet Inspection

Sheet is checked for thickness tolerance, internal bubbles and surface scratches before cutting, because a flaw in clear acrylic cannot be polished out once the part is formed. Masking film is inspected for adhesive residue, which otherwise transfers to the edge during machining.

2. Cutting, Polishing and Bending

Parts are laser cut or CNC routed, then the edges are machined and polished in stages. Heat-bent sections are checked against a jig so the step angles match, and the joint faces are squared so the assembled stand does not rock. Dimensions are checked at the base, the step height and the overall height.

3. Assembly and Load Test

Assembled stands are loaded with representative frame weights on all five tiers and checked for deflection and stability. Feet are fitted and the stand is placed on a flat reference surface to confirm it sits level. Any part showing crazing at a drilled hole is rejected rather than reworked.

4. Packing and Drop Check

Stands are wrapped in protective film, corner-protected and packed in a carton sized to the assembled or flat form. A drop test on the packed carton confirms the corners survive transit, and the carton is marked with the model and quantity. A retained unit is kept for repeat orders.

Applications

  • Optical shops merchandising a frame wall or counter.
  • Sunglass retailers presenting a seasonal collection.
  • Trade-show booths that need a compact, portable display.
  • Boutiques and concept stores with limited counter space.
  • Distributors supplying retail display kits with frames.
  • Online sellers who also run a physical showroom.

Because the stand is a retail fixture rather than a wearable product, buyers usually order it together with frames so the display and the stock arrive as one merchandising kit. The stand breaks down flat, which keeps freight volume low for a multi-store rollout and lets a sales team carry it to a trade show.

Fixtures, cases and packaging for optical retail are grouped in the eyewear accessories and packaging range. Most buyers order the stand with frames so the display and the stock arrive as one merchandising kit.

FAQ

What is the MOQ for the display stand?

MOQ is 1200 pcs/model. Smaller trial quantities can be discussed at quotation, but the unit cost falls sharply once the order covers a full sheet of acrylic, so most buyers order enough to equip a whole store.

Is the stand shipped assembled?

Both options are possible. Flat packing reduces freight volume and is preferred for multi-store rollouts; assembled packing reduces handling at the store. The choice is confirmed at quotation together with the carton specification.

Can we put our logo on the stand?

Yes, by print or etch on the front edge or a header plate. Artwork is approved before production, and the logo position is set so it stays visible when the stand is fully loaded.

Questions about tier height, carton size or a logo placement are answered within one working day through the contact page.
