- How much do eyeglass frame samples cost?Eyeglass frame samples cost USD 20–150 per piece: stock USD 20–50, ODM USD 50–120, full OEM USD 100–300. Sample fees are usually deducted from bulk orders.
- What is the production lead time for custom frames?Custom frame production takes 45–75 days after sample approval for OEM, 30–45 days for ODM, and 7–15 days for stock.
- Can I get a discount for bulk orders?Bulk eyewear discounts start at 300 pcs with tiers at 500, 1,000, and 3,000 pcs. Mixed models can reach the tier. Quality stays the same at AQL 2.5/4.0.
- What is an acceptable defect rate for frames?Standard frame defect rate is AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. Premium orders may use AQL 1.5. Batches above the limit are rejected or reworked.
- What is the warranty on wholesale eyeglass frames?Wholesale eyeglass frames typically carry a 12-month warranty covering hinge failure, weld breakage, plating peeling, and structural cracks. Excludes accidental damage and normal wear.
