Manufacturing & Quality Control

2. Moulding and Frame Assembly

Temples are fitted with the specified hinge, spring or magnet, screws are driven to a set depth, and each frame is flexed by hand to confirm the joints hold without creaking.
3. Surface Treatment and Optical Check

Lenses are mounted, read for power and centration, and the blue light filter is inspected under a reflection lamp for haze, ripple and coating gaps before the frame is cleaned.
4. Packing and Outgoing Sampling
