READSUN 9-Step Production Scheduling System

Step 1

Frame Specification Lock

Frame model, size, lens type, material (acetate, TR90, titanium), hinge style and logo method are confirmed before scheduling.

Step 2

Mold & Tooling Scheduling

3D files, CNC, EDM and T0–T2 mold validation are aligned with acetate cutting, injection and metal machining timelines.

Step 3

Eyewear Material Planning

Acetate sheets, TR90 pellets, titanium wire, hinges, nose pads and temple tips are scheduled with supplier lead times.

Step 4

Frame Production Line Setup

Injection, CNC cutting, milling, polishing, coloring and laser engraving lines are balanced for frame complexity.

Step 5

Fit & Finish Sample Approval

PPS samples verify frame size, temple tension, hinge movement, color and surface finish before mass production.

Step 6

Frame Manufacturing

Injection or cutting, CNC shaping, polishing, coating, hinge assembly and logo marking are executed in sequence.

Step 7

Optical Frame Quality Control

Frame alignment, hinge strength, surface defects and dimension accuracy are checked through IQC, IPQC and FQC.

Step 8

Eyewear Packing & Labeling

Frames are cleaned, packed, labeled with SKU and batch codes, and recorded in ERP for traceability.

Step 9

Shipment & Online Tracking

Customers can track mold status, frame production progress and shipping dates through our online system.

FAQ

Q:

How long does it take from order to shipment?

A:

For standard eyewear models, production usually takes 20–35 days. If new molds are required, mold development and frame production are scheduled in parallel to minimize delays.

Q:

Can you handle multiple styles in one order?

A:

Yes. Our mixed-line scheduling system allows multiple frame styles, colors and materials to be produced together without waiting for full batch quantities.

Q:

What if we need urgent or fast delivery?

A:

We offer a priority scheduling option that can shorten the production lead time by around 20–30%, depending on material and mold availability.

Q:

How do we know our order is on schedule?

A:

You can track mold progress, frame production status and estimated ship date through our online order tracking system, ensuring full transparency at every stage.
