Custom Plastic PC Anti Blue Light Eyeglasses | Trendy Prescription Reading Glasses

A PC reader with an anti blue light lens, built as a trendy prescription-ready frame at 1200 pcs across four colours.
Overview
Polycarbonate is used here for two reasons: it takes a clean mould at volume, and it holds a lens without the rim flexing. The result is a reader that looks like a fashion frame but survives being carried in a bag. The front is a soft rectangle with a slight lift at the outer corner, which keeps the shape current without dating quickly.
The lens is built for screen work as well as reading: an anti blue light coating reduces the blue-violet band, and the frame accepts prescription lenses if the buyer wants to sell it as a prescription reading glass rather than a ready-reader. Four colours inside the 1200 pcs MOQ let a retailer build a small story instead of a single shade.
Readsun Optical is a Wenzhou-based eyewear supplier that designs and produces high-end optical frames in TR90, acetate and metal. Since opening an Alibaba store in 2007 for wholesale business, the company has served millions of customers worldwide and now keeps more than 1,000 models in stock, updating the range every week. All products are monitored and tested at every stage of production, and mass production uses advanced equipment within a system that runs from product design and product experiment to technology development. Logo customisation is available at a low minimum order quantity, and strong OEM and ODM performance has produced co-brand work with customers worldwide.
As prescription reading glasses the frame accepts a prescription lens, while the anti blue light eyeglasses build uses a custom plastic pc front; the anti blue light coating keeps the reading glasses comfortable through a long screen day.
Key Features
PC front that holds its shape
Polycarbonate moulds cleanly and resists the small knocks a reader takes in a bag. The rim does not flex when a lens is inserted, which is what keeps the optical centre where the lab put it.
Anti blue light lens
The coating trims the blue-violet band from monitors and cool white lighting. It is applied to the demo lens so a ready-reader can ship immediately, and the specification can be changed for a prescription build.
Prescription-ready rim
The rim depth and groove suit a prescription lens as well as a ready-reader, so one frame covers two listings. That reduces the number of SKUs a buyer has to hold while keeping the shelf looking varied.
Four colours at 1200 pcs
The MOQ splits across four colours, which lets a retailer test a palette without a second order. Colour panels are approved on a physical sample before the run.
Product Showcase
The set shows the front, the corner lift and the lens, then the colour range as it would appear on a display.
Additional Views and Detail Shots
Remaining frames cover the temple, the hinge and the rim groove, which is what a lab checks before accepting the frame for prescription work.

OEM & ODM Customization
Customisation covers colour, temple logo, lens specification and packaging. Because the frame is prescription-ready, the lens route has to be decided early: a ready-reader and a prescription build use different lens supply chains, and the quotation differs accordingly.
- Logo print or hot stamp on the temple, with an inside-arm option.
- Four colours per order from the standard panel or a custom shade.
- Lens: anti blue light ready-reader, clear reader, or prescription to your lab specification.
- Power curve assembled and marked per pair.
- Counter card, pouch or rigid case for the retail format you use.
- Prescription lens supply routed through your lab or ours.
Service runs alongside production: inquiries are answered within 12 hours, experienced sales staff are available online, and every OEM order is confirmed point by point before tooling starts. Products carry a guarantee, and where a fault appears inside the warranty period, vulnerable parts damage and man-made damage excluded, we supply new spare parts for replacement. Our engineering team handles personalised product and packaging design, and more than 10 professional sales staff answer inquiries within 24 hours.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Lens coating is inspected under a light box after mounting, and a sample from each lot is measured for transmission against the reference.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Front stock, temple wire, spring hinge sets and demo lenses are checked against the approved sample before release to the line. Colour tone is compared in daylight, sink marks and scratches are logged, hinge threads are tested, and lens clarity is verified lot by lot, so a drifting batch is returned before it can reach assembly.
2. Frame Assembly and Dry Fit
Fronts are polished, then the spring hinge, temple and nose pads are fitted. Every arm is cycled open and closed to confirm tension, alignment and screw depth, and the frame is dry fitted on a measure template before the dioptre lens goes in, so no lens is spent on a front that cannot hold its shape.
3. Surface and Optical Verification
Printing, plating and logo work are inspected under magnification. Reading power is checked against the dioptre set, blue light coating uniformity is compared with the reference card, and each pair is placed on a flat surface to confirm the temples sit level and the front does not rock.
4. Packing and Outgoing Audit
Finished pairs are cleaned, sleeved and packed with the case or pouch agreed for the order. Carton labels and barcodes are scanned against the packing list, cartons go through a drop check, and an AQL sample is opened at the end of the line for a last hinge, lens and cosmetic review.
Frames are checked for rim distortion after lens insertion, since a PC front that flexes will show a wave in the coating.

FAQ
Can this frame be sold as a prescription reader?
Yes. The rim is deep enough for a prescription lens, and the lens can be supplied through your lab or ours. The route is confirmed at quotation stage because it changes the packing and the lead time.
What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1200 pcs with four colours. The colour split, power curve and lens route are agreed when the order is confirmed.
Is the blue light coating visible?
It carries a light residual tint that is visible at an angle, which is normal for a blue filter coating. The tint is kept light so colours on screen stay close to neutral.
