Layered cellulose acetate is a plant-based sheet material, not an injection plastic. Frames are cleaned, sleeved and packed to the approved carton layout. The AQL audit pulls pieces from production, not from a prepared box, and checks hinge tension, alignment, logo position and barcode data before the carton is sealed.
