Overview
Recycled TR material gives the frame its flexibility, and the round front is cut slightly oversized for a retro look. The frame leaves our line complete, with temples, hinges and nose support already fitted, so it goes to lens assembly rather than to a fitting bench. Buyers in this segment usually take it as a core shape and build the colour card around it.
The front and temples are injection moulded in TR90, a memory plastic that bends under pressure and returns to its original shape. Colour, logo, temple marking and packaging are set per purchase order, and the minimum order is 1200 pcs/model. Because every shipment is drawn from the same mould and the same colour masterbatch, a repeat order matches the first one instead of arriving a shade off. Frame Construction
TR90 is a polyamide-based memory plastic. Injection moulding keeps the walls thin and uniform, so the frame survives being bent, sat on or pushed into a school bag, and the hinge area does not whiten the way polystyrene does after repeated stress. The STR200008 front is checked against the drawing before the temples go on.
Fit and Wearing Comfort
The nose support is moulded into the front and the temples carry a light spring action, so contact is spread over a wider area than a screwed-on pad arm and the frame stays level without pinching. At approximately 20–25 g the frame sits in the lightweight bracket for this category.
Optical Performance
The lens is supplied as polarized, and the tint, mirror or gradient finish is set per order so the same front can serve several price points.

Tumbling, polishing and plating are staged so the finish is judged on a finished frame, not a coupon. Lenses are checked for power, coating and edge quality, and every frame is trial mounted on a lens blank to confirm the groove depth.
4. Packing and Pre-Shipment Audit
Frames are cleaned, sleeved and packed to the approved carton layout. The AQL audit pulls pieces from production, not from a prepared box, and checks hinge tension, alignment, logo position and barcode data before the carton is sealed.
